• Translate complex technical requirements into production reality
• Navigate supply chain challenges to ensure project success
• Own top customer production outcomes and manufacturing success
• Bridge engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting)
• Experience managing production projects through full lifecycle
• Proven track record with demanding customers on complex projects
• Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, materials, processes
• Service-oriented with strong customer outcomes focus
• Startup experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
