📋 Description
- Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist (ACP) supporting GI care
- Onsite role providing integrated pharmacotherapy services
- Collaborates with gastro team to optimize meds and adherence
- Performs disease-state management and education in GI populations
- Supports cost-effective, evidence-based GI treatment plans
- Engages with patients and prescribers to improve outcomes
🎯 Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Licensed pharmacist in Michigan
- 3+ years as a clinical pharmacist (GI experience preferred)
- Completion of PGY1/PGY2 residency preferred
- Experience with GI therapies, including biologics/infusion
- Strong pharmacology knowledge and patient education skills
