Sr. Consultant - Extended Workforce

📋 Description

• Senior Consultant – Extended Workforce, advisory role for strategy, operating model design, program
• Focus on discovery, assessment, and future-state design with client leadership.
• Work with procurement, HR, talent, and IT leaders on target operating models and roadmaps.
• Lead client advisory engagements; apply design thinking methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to validate findings and align direction.
• Develop executive-level recommendations and insights for decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Extended Workforce, MSP, services procurement, or related consulting.
• Experience delivering assessments and advisory engagements with clients.
• Experience with VMS platforms and Extended Workforce tech preferred.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
