• Manage solutions for senior living communities and residents in Berks County, PA, with focus on
• Act as a trusted advisor and senior living expert to align goals across multiple management levels.
• Use outcome-driven data analytics to analyze metrics and develop customized programs.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and support teams to deliver differentiated offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Current PA licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication across multiple levels and platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience desirable
