Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site in South Auckland, first IT contact for issues
• Face-to-face interactions, manage ticket board
• Deliver customer service to non-technical users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Complete daily timesheets with attention to detail
• Some travel between sites; no company vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency
• Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Windows 11 knowledge
• Windows Server 2022 knowledge
• Azure Active Directory experience
• FortiGate firewall experience
