🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of operational risk/flow experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Direct experience with Jira and structured requirements tracking
- Practical knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Process improvement and systems thinking; strong documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence without formal authority
