Position: Emergency Medicine Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$130–$180/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Ongoing, reviewed monthly
Commitment:20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Emergency Medicine practice, including triage and procedural sedation.

• Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality for clinical scenarios.

• Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics to ensure evidence-based standards.

• Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and outputs.

• Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions for alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Board-certified attending physicians with current, active, unrestricted medical license.

• Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible.

• Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with active, unrestricted medical license.

Start Date

• Rolling start after onboarding sign-off.
