🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years in patient recruitment, clinical research, digital clinical trial solutions, decentralized
• Strong knowledge of the full clinical development lifecycle including recruitment and engagement
• Experience designing and implementing digital and decentralized clinical trial solutions.
• Ability to review clinical protocols and provide feasibility, recruitment, operational efficiency
• Cross-functional leadership with ability to anticipate operational impacts and propose alternatives.
