📋 Description

• Create and develop eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and assessments using practical learning
• Translate objectives into engaging content with storyboard scripts and outlines.
• Utilize AI tools to draft, prototype, and enhance learning content.
• Apply brand standards and accessibility best practices to deliver client-ready materials.
• Facilitate flagship programs and manage program logistics for a smooth learner experience.
• Support LMS reporting and data management within Cornerstone.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, HR, or related field, or
• 1-3 years in talent development, corporate learning, instructional design, or related.
• Experience with authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline) and multimedia tools (Canva, Loom
• Experience using AI and modern design tools for drafting and prototyping.
