Certified Medical Assistant - Clinical Operations

📋 Description

• Operate as operational partner to telehealth provider network
• Manage visit queues, resolve patient situations, handle licensure tasks
• Support pharmacy coordination and order accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Current CMA certification (AAMA, AMT/RMA, NHA/CCMA, or equivalent)
• 2+ years medical assistant or clinical support experience; telehealth/pharmacy/GLP-1 experience
• Strong knowledge of medication terminology, dosing, and prescriptions
• Excellent patient-facing telephone manner; ability to de-escalate
• Proficient with EHRs, scheduling platforms, Slack, Google Workspace
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work remotely
