Program Manager, Infusion Services - Gastroenterology

📋 Description

• Lead strategic direction for SKYRIZI Infusion Service Network (ISN) within AbbVie’s
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Trade ISN, Market Access APEX, and GAM National field team.
• Design and execute quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with ISN accounts using meaningful metrics.
• Develop evaluation tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for program assessment.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Partner with legal/compliance to ensure policy and regulatory alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
• 5–7 years in commercial strategy, program management, market access, trade, or related field in
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and evaluating business performance.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and data interpretation skills.
