Senior Manager, Data Engineering & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and scale CopilotIQ's data function as a hands-on, player-coach leader.
• Own the data architecture, pipelines, analytics, dashboards, and data quality.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, product, finance, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Manage a small global team across the Americas and India with two direct reports.
• Deliver customer-facing reporting and self-service datasets while improving platform performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years data engineering/data-platform experience.
• 2+ years technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong SQL, Python, PySpark; experience with dbt, Airflow, AWS Glue or similar tools.
• Experience designing dimensional models, star schemas, and analytics layers.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical, business, and customer audiences.
