Process Management Associate, Provider Operations

📋 Description

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and set improvement objectives.
• Develop and implement process documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to locate bottlenecks and waste.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects and ensure outcomes.
• Present reports on findings, progress, and results to management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in process management/improvement or similar roles.
• 2+ years using BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
• 2+ years of end-to-end process mapping and management.
