📋 Description
- The Learning & Content Administrator develops and maintains a centralized knowledge base
- Responsible for content development, knowledge management, LMS administration, and instructional
- Oversee SharePoint structure, documentation hubs, and governance for content maintenance and user
- Collaborate with SMEs to document evolving processes and best practices; generate training content
- Manage course uploads, learner enrollments, compliance tracking, and LMS configurations for
- Generate reports and analyze training data to improve user experience and content effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in knowledge management, LMS administration, instructional design, or technical
- Strong experience with SharePoint, LMS platforms, and internal documentation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content authoring tools (Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia).
- Basic HTML or SharePoint customization is a plus.
- Excellent writing/editing skills; ability to simplify complex processes into clear content.
