Staff Full Stack AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and deliver full-stack apps across front-end, back-end, cloud, and AI tech.
• Collaborate with client teams to scope and own delivery from ambiguity.
• Build AI capabilities incl. LLM integrations and RAG systems.
• Architect with guardrails, cost/latency trade-offs, and security in mind.
• Lead with engineering standards, reviews, and client-facing delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in substantial software projects; strong React and modern front-end.
• Advanced TypeScript; React concepts incl. Server Components, Next.js App Router.
• Experience with Redux/Context/RTK Query; strong testing (Jest/Vitest/RTL).
• 5+ years building REST APIs/back-end services (Node.js/.NET/Ruby/Go).
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with AI capabilities, LLMs, and AI tooling.
