Director of Operations, Data Science

📋 Description

• Lead business optimization strategy with Data Science team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Growth, Strategy, Enablement, Finance, technology
• Manage Agile delivery: epics, backlogs, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and delivery.
• Support data science projects with data-driven solutions for clients.
• Facilitate client engagement through workshops, requirements sessions, and outcomes presentations.
• Translate data into actionable business insights for executives and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic and product-oriented experience connecting business priorities with data solutions
• Data science exposure and understanding of how analytical capabilities translate to business value.
• Agile delivery management experience (epic planning, backlog prioritization, sprint planning
• Cross-functional leadership across business, technology, data, finance, strategy, and other
• Client-facing capability in workshops, requirements sessions, and business development discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
