Principal Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own the Time to First Production outcome end to end, defining its north-star metrics, customer
• Establish a clear vision for first-production experience and translate into measurable product
• Partner with data and validation teams for end-to-end measurement of the customer journey
• Set priorities across AI-assisted and agentic building experiences, onboarding, guided development
• Work with Engineering, Design, and Experience leaders to translate strategy into execution and keep
• Represent the outcome area to senior leadership and GTM teams with clear, evidence-based narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Principal, Staff, or similarly senior Product Manager owning a
• Strong background in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with products spanning multiple teams or lifecycle
• Ability to establish north-star metrics and measurement frameworks with data/analytics teams.
• Proven product strategy and roadmapping skills based on customer evidence and market signals.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written communication for clear strategy documents guiding multiple teams.
