📋 Description

• Hybrid role in Renton, WA; three days/week in the office.
• Lead creative development for D&D Universes Beyond, shaping story, tone, and worldbuilding
• Collaborate with product strategy, Franchise partners, and external writers to translate sources

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in creative development, narrative design, worldbuilding, publishing, games, or
• Ability to turn early concepts into pitches, franchise bibles, or editorial guidelines that align
• Strong instincts for compelling stories and the skill to translate brand guidance into clear
• Experience managing freelancers or external partners (assignments, feedback, schedules
• Excellent communication; comfortable guiding blue-sky ideas to tactical execution without stalling
• Familiarity with tabletop RPGs, fantasy storytelling, D&D, or D&D Beyond.
