Associate Designer

📋 Description

• Support the design and delivery of user-centered digital experiences across SageSure products and
• Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and other
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces that improve usability and accessibility.
• Contribute to SageSure’s design system and established design standards.
• Participate in user research, design reviews, critiques, and peer design activities to strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related field, or
• 2 years of relevant design experience or internship, academic, freelance, or professional design
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work, workflows, prototypes, or design system contributions.
• Proficiency with Figma as a primary design tool.
• Strong attention to detail, visual consistency, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with technical and
