Welding Inspector - Cleveland - 1 month contract

📋 Description

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on metal parts per drawings and test sheets.
• Document results and prepare detailed inspection reports; record non-conformities.
• Communicate findings with welders, engineers, and other personnel.
• Work with simple inspection tools and generate paperwork as required.
• Contract: sub-contractor agreement; schedule 5 days/wk, up to 10 hrs/day (Mon-Fri).

🎯 Requirements

• AWS CWI or API 510 (one of these required).
• 5-10 years of industrial welding-related inspection experience; 5 years QA/vendor surveillance/shop
• Experience inspecting welds on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.; experience with

• Pay rate: $45/hr to $50/hr.
