📋 Description

• Lead and grow an exceptional team of AI, backend, and frontend engineers.
• Evolve architecture for Kai: agent orchestration, context/retrieval, tool integrations, IAM
• Build production-grade AI features from discovery to launch with measurable success metrics.
• Define launch criteria, rollout/rollback mechanisms, and monitoring for evolving models and data.
• Deliver resilient, scalable systems with strong SLOs and reliable service design.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Infra teams; communicate decisions clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience; 2+ years leading/mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on agent builder with experience designing/scaling agentic architectures.
• Fluency in AI product/platform concepts: retrieval, model integration, agent workflows
• Quality and reliability driven with expertise in monitoring, incident management, and performance.
• Security-minded with understanding of authentication, authorization, data protection, and
