📋 Description

• Execute key operational tasks to support peak/holiday periods.
• Operate inventory processes and minimize shrink across the store.
• Assist with shipment receiving, processing, and product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure a clean, safe, inviting store.
• Provide exceptional guest service and product knowledge to drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with store team to meet daily targets and guest needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales/operational environment preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including Blackout period.
• Basic merchandising and inventory control understanding.
