Sales Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end commercial operations lifecycle from quote to delivery.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time; communicate with customers, suppliers, and
• Manage quotes, purchase orders, supplier coordination, invoicing, and order tracking.
• Proficiency in product, pricing, margins, fulfilment, and commercial administration.
• Experience supporting the Australian market and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in sales operations, product sales administration, procurement, order management, or
• End-to-end experience managing quotes, POs, supplier coordination, invoicing, and order tracking.
• Strong understanding of product, pricing, margin, fulfilment, and commercial administration.
• Experience with the Australian market and commercial practices.
• Working knowledge of invoicing, PO matching, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping; experience
• HubSpot or other CRM familiarity is advantageous; proficient with Google Workspace and
