📋 Description
- Lead multi-discipline projects as prime consultant for Defence and federal clients.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and close projects per requirements.
- Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, env teams.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, deliverables, changes.
- Prepare proposals, work plans, budgets, schedules, reports & docs.
- Lead client meetings; provide progress updates and issue resolution.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, construction mgmt or related.
- Minimum 10 years post-grad exp; at least 5 years in PM.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering/infrastructure/buildings projects.
- Proven coordination with internal teams and external subconsultants.
- Experience with Defence Construction Canada or federal gov is a strong asset.
- PM certification or professional designation is an advantage.
