• Design custom storage solutions for customers’ homes using proprietary CAD software
• Meet/exceed monthly/annual sales targets via referrals and repeat business
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion
• Participate in meetings and training sessions
• Engage in business development events and build industry relationships
• Manage a portfolio of projects/clients with varying complexity

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Dynamic personality and positive attitude
• Strong customer service experience
• Business development experience is a plus
• Interior design education preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD or design software preferred
