📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of print partners across APAC, driving performance and growth.
• Lead partner readiness for new product launches in the region.
• Drive onboarding for new products, partners, and capabilities.
• Improve operational processes and partner performance at scale.
• Build strong relationships and handle operational escalations.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, CX, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, or related fields.
• Autonomous portfolio/program management with high ownership.
• Strong experience managing external partners or fulfillment providers.
• Experience scaling partner networks across markets or environments.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and influence stakeholders.
• Commercial judgement linking operations to customer and business impact.
