Partner Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design partner programs across tiered portfolio including GTM, co-sell, marketplace motions, and
• Own end-to-end program execution: plan, coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, drive outcomes
• Build operational backbone: partner tracking, dashboards, cadences, reporting, processes
• Translate strategy into structured, measurable programs with owners, timelines, and success metrics
• Maintain source-of-truth view of program status for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or sales operations in
• Builder mindset to create repeatable programs and processes
• Strong execution discipline to drive cross-functional programs to completion
• Analytical and operational rigor: tracking, dashboards, metrics, reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
• Strong written and structured communication skills
