Finance Manager, E-Commerce

📋 Description

• Own financial visibility and performance for the e-commerce business, covering revenue
• Lead monthly financial business reviews with analysis of sales, margins, trends, risks
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with cross-functional teams (Merchandising
• Lead pricing and promotional analysis, evaluate ROI, identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze Co-Op, DDA, rebates, and similar programs; maintain accurate accruals.
• Develop SKU- and department-level reporting; ensure integrity of ecommerce metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in finance, ideally FP&A in high-growth consumer tech or ecommerce; 1–2 years at
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics: AOV, gross-to-net, unit economics, gross margin
• Advanced modeling with Excel/Google Sheets; scenario analysis; large datasets.
• Experience owning pricing and promotions analysis; ROI and financial impact.
• Experience with FP&A systems (NetSuite Planning & Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, or similar).
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in finance workflows; automation and modeling.
