📋 Description

• Data protection officer for the UK within Kao, handling privacy guidance, data breaches and DSARs.
• Provide legal support across commercial matters for the UK business.
• Reporting to the Legal Director EMEA within a dynamic, commercially focused team.
• Engage with digital/mobile product teams to assess privacy and data security implications.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree educated or equivalent
• Qualified Solicitor
• In-house experience in beauty/fashion/Retail or FMCG preferred
• Strong knowledge in data privacy, commercial, contract, consumer and competition law
• Excellent communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships
