Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Lead BitGo’s client onboarding in Singapore, end-to-end lifecycle
• Hands-on role mentoring Onboarding Associate while executing cases
• Define operating standards and scalable onboarding model
• Partner with Compliance to review cases and escalation paths
• Own onboarding metrics, SLA adherence, and quality control

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in client onboarding or KYB/AML in fintech
• Strong MAS regulatory knowledge on KYB, ownership, AML
• Experience supporting audits/regulatory reviews
• Balance risk with onboarding efficiency and client experience
• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Ops, Compliance
• Problem solving, project mgmt, and attention to detail
