Senior Tax Associate, Transfer Pricing

📋 Description

• Assist in transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Prepare intercompany transactions for Local/Master File.
• Support CbCR and BEPS Pillar 2 filings.
• Coordinate with finance and external advisors on TP projects.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align TP workstreams.
• Contribute to audits and data reporting improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax; fintech/tech experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, CbCR.
• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis; Excel; ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• English fluent; Chinese proficiency preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive workstreams to completion.
