Senior Labour Relations Manager - France & Netherlands

📋 Description

• Lead Works Council and employee representation engagement across France and the Netherlands.
• Primary liaison between ServiceNow leadership and Works Council(s).
• Develop and execute engagement strategies balancing business needs with employee representation.
• Ensure compliance with labour law across FR and NL; manage stakeholder alignment HR, Legal
• Manage organiational change processes and consultation in relevant jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in labour relations, employee relations, or HR.
• Deep expertise in Works Council laws for France and the Netherlands.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management; fluency in English and French; Dutch preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring consultations.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining, statutory consultation, and applicable employment law.
