Creator Productivity Associate

📋 Description

• Actively assist with end-to-end in-platform workflows, guiding creators through program
• Help track content deliverables to ensure successful partnerships and scale the marketplace.
• Support creator outreach campaigns by researching potential partners and managing communications.
• Apply optimization strategies to boost engagement and open rates (subject lines, email timing).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to triage issues and ensure timely creator support.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience or strong interest in influencer/creator partnerships or affiliate
• Familiarity with influencer or marketing SaaS platforms; hands-on with impact.com is a plus.
• Foundational project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and creators.
• Data-friendly; comfortable working with performance data and analytics tools.
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
