Assistant, Global Partnerships (Part-Time/Seasonal)

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operations of the Partnership Marketing Team.
• Onsite at Capital One Arena ~20-25 hours/week.
• Assist activation of contracted Partnerships with Capitals, Mystics, Wizards.
• Coordinate meetings with Sales Team and signage setup.
• Handle inventory, storage, and fulfillment for activations.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently attending or recent 4-year Bachelor’s degree.
• Internship experience with a sports team is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
