📋 Description

• Define and drive global growth strategies for DeFi-related products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Develop understanding of Web3 users, products, and ecosystem trends; identify opportunities to
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and other teams to drive
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with protocols, projects, technology teams, and
• Inform product positioning, user experience, go-to-market, and ecosystem strategies with industry
• Support global ecosystem initiatives and cross-functional go-to-market projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience across internet, FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi, Web3 products, and public blockchain ecosystems, with relevant
• Experience across Growth, Product Operations, Ecosystem, Business Development, or related functions.
• Strong product mindset; ability to understand user needs and collaborate with Product teams on
• Familiarity with the global Web3 ecosystem and ability to build relationships with projects and
• Strong data analysis and structured problem-solving abilities.
