📋 Description
- Lead a pharmacy clinical program team and establish a culture of accountability, high performance
- Develop, implement, and optimize clinical pharmacy programs to improve medication use, health
- Apply clinical expertise with business judgment to identify opportunities, evaluate priorities, and
- Leverage managed care and pharmacy benefit management practices to develop effective strategies and
- Provide direction and leadership across program trend development and execution, aligning with
- Optimize resources and coach direct reports and matrixed partners to enable high performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or RPh degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active, unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of residence.
- Experience in pharmacy clinical program trend development or related pharmacy strategy function.
- Strong understanding of managed care and pharmacy benefit management practices.
- Ability to provide direction, make sound decisions, and manage complex clinical and business
- Experience generating business insights from pharmacy, health outcomes, or related data.

- Annual base salary: $150,000–$206,300, depending on location, experience, education
