Senior Labour Relations Manager - Germany and Austria

📋 Description

• Lead Works Council engagement in Germany & Austria
• Primary liaison between leadership and Works Councils
• Develop proactive engagement strategies balancing business needs and employee voice
• Ensure compliance with labour law and council requirements
• Manage consultation processes on organisational changes
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, and Communications on labour matters

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in labour/employee relations or HR
• Deep Works Council knowledge (Germany & Austria)
• English & German fluency; other EU languages helpful
• Strong stakeholder management & negotiation skills
• Experience leading change and restructuring consultations
• Excellent communication and advisory capabilities
