📋 Description

• Lead product analytics initiatives and mentor analysts.
• Investigate product, marketing, and business KPIs; translate to recommendations.
• Conduct user behavior, funnel, retention, cohort analyses.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, CUPED/CUPAC, proxies).
• Partner with Product/Marketing/Growth to guide roadmap decisions.
• Develop analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and metrics definitions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product Analytics experience influencing decisions.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with metrics, funnels, retention, cohorts, experiments.
• Business/product thinking; translate data to actionable insights.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management and leadership potential; mentor ability.
