📋 Description

• Lead product analytics initiatives and mentor analysts over time.
• Investigate product KPIs, identify root causes, and translate into actions.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and segmentation.
• Design and interpret experiments (A/B, CUPED/CUPAC) and proxy metrics.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, Data to influence roadmaps.
• Develop analytics dashboards and standards for reliable metrics.
