Senior Corporate Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead the yearly external audit process, managing PBC requests, documentation, and financial
• Research complex accounting issues and draft technical accounting memos and internal policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and consolidate results across
• Deliver lender financial statements and covenant reporting on schedule; explain/resolve P&L
• Build and maintain Excel and system schedules; document internal controls for improvement
• Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting, reconciliations, and technical research

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience, mix of public and industry accounting
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to research technical accounting questions
• Advanced Excel; experience with system integrations
• Experience with Workday preferred
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; resourceful problem-solver
