• Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects (PMO portfolio)
• Project manage key strategic, cross-functional initiatives
• Develop and iterate PMO documents and processes
• Develop business cases to inform prioritisation
• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for improvements
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
