- Support staff augmentation recruitment activities by identifying and attracting qualified talent
- Contribute to recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination
- Build talent pipelines, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support hiring objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years in recruitment or related field.
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, with a desire to learn and take initiative.
- Creative problem-solving and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Nice to have: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and direct sourcing experience.
