Dietary Assistant (Kitchen Aide)

📋 Description

• Assist in safe, therapeutic nutrition services
• Prepare vendor-prepped food for meals
• Verify temperatures of cooling/warming equipment
• Keep kitchen area clean and sanitary at all times
• Follow dietary cards for specific diets, prefs, needs
• Label/date perishable foods for safety

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• CA Servsafe and Food Handlers Certification
• Minimum 1 year in food service or prep
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in fast-paced env
• CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; prefer at hire
