Team Lead Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead analytics work across Product, Marketing, Growth and Data teams.
• Investigate product, marketing KPIs; translate into actions.
• Design and evaluate experiments (A/B, CUPED/CUPAC) and proxy metrics.
• Partner with teams to drive data-driven decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Develop analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and data quality improvements.
• Mentor analysts and lead cross-functional analytics projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Product Analytics experience; data-driven decision making.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on with product metrics, funnels, retention, experiments.
• Business/product thinking; actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management; leadership mindset; English B2+
