📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Mid Market/enterprise customers in EMEA
• Lead customers to their desired outcomes with Wrike
• Collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, Product and others
• Drive customer ROI and NET MRR growth through engagement
• Lead end-to-end Success Plan execution and value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English and German
• 2+ years in Customer Success or similar
• Experience with Marketing, PS, IT, PMO teams
• Strong relationship building with senior leaders
• PM, process redesign, and change management skills
• People skills with empathy and patience
