• Own AI Business Intelligence product line from discovery, positioning, and roadmap through launch
• Define where AI creates customer value and ensure the platform is AI-native.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and feedback with operators and asset managers.
• Translate insights into product direction, specs, workflows, user stories, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and leadership to ship AI features.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and measure AI output quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of product management experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
• Proven ability to build and ship AI-powered products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong product judgment and ability to turn ambiguous needs into compelling experiences.
• Experience leading customer discovery and prioritization decisions.
• Experience defining quality metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI development tools and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
