Title: REMOTE HOME DIALING AGENT - Work from Home!!!

Shifts:Day Shift and Night Shift with Weekend availability;Full-Time
Schedule:
Day Shift:9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary
Night Shift:4:30 pm – close, Monday – Friday, every other weekend – hours vary
Compensation:$10-12/hour
Overall Position Summary:Home Dialing Agent
- Performing outbound calls (surveys, courtesy calls) to ensure client satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Establish friendly connections over the phone quickly, positive and upbeat.
- Speak with customers in a polite and courteous manner.
- Consistently meet established productivity and quality standards
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent reading skills
- Pleasant phone voice
- Functional computer skills
- Telemarketing, Call Center, or Customer Service experience a plus
Computer Requirements:
- Must currently have a PC with Microsoft Windows 10 or newer (NO Chromebooks or Apple Devices)
- Must currently have a headset with a microphone and mute capability.
- High-Speed Internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 Mbps.
- Must have a quiet workspace.
