📋 Description

• Own month-end close, consolidation handoffs, policy & control.
• Manage division books for Service entities for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Head of Finance and external auditor for SOX/ICFR.
• Lead multi-entity acquisitions integration and data controls.
• Scale internal financial processes during growth phase.
• Maintain audit-ready docs and ERP alignment (NetSuite).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting/controllership exp.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge; ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience with multi-entity acquisitions; SOX/ICFR.
• Proficient with NetSuite ERP; acquisition integration.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.
