Senior Financial Analyst (Z)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and project budgets
• Rolling re-forecast and monthly/quarterly reconciliation
• Cash flow forecasts at entity and fund levels
• Develop pro formas and distribution waterfalls
• Underwrite acquisitions and capital plans
• Model debt, covenant metrics, and cap structure

🎯 Requirements

• Master's or MBA and CFA a plus
• 4–8+ years FP&A, real estate finance experience
• Advanced Excel with multi-entity models
• SQL/Azure, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Python
• US GAAP knowledge and real estate accounting concepts
• Detail-oriented, strong communication for executives
