• Leads a regional FRM team educating HCPs on AbbVie programs
• Ensures timely patient access and compliant reimbursement support

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in coverage, coding, managed care, or market access
• 2+ years in leadership with talent development
• Coaching with expertise in territory/strategic account management
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Parts A-D and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
